Food was good as expected. They have a conference room and I was here for a meeting. Noticed on the other tables outside that service time was actually long. But it's typical for sunburst. They really take their time on preparing your food so might as well consider this fact before dining here especially when you're in a hurry. Parking is inside Baseline. Good place to bring large groups with you, just make sure you've got lots of things to talk to to compensate for service time.

I ordered grilled porkchop. Tastes good but the texture was rubbery. Had a hard time chewing. Service was meh. They served me burnt rice. Didn’t bother to complain as I was hungry. They didn’t automatically served service water every time I dined in. The adjacent table who arrived later than I did, got served water. Luckily, I brought my water bottle.

Ordered rice noodles with shrimps and chicken,get noodles with chicken,for a question where are the shrimps tells me:they are small.I have searched them on my plate with waiter and he see them also not,no any words sorry or anything else.Dessert was ok.Cannot recommend

Terrible/horrible customer service. Been there twice, first, we've been waiting for 30 minutes, still nobody came to take our order so we walked out. Second time, we ordered for take out and the waiter pointed to a table for us to wait. After 20 minutes, we were asked to vacate the seats as they want the newcomers to occupy our seats. There were plenty of vacant tables that time. We dont mind moving but the way it was phrased was more of a command. They should have asked nicely. Waited 45-50 minutes for our food. Kitchen staff is lazy! I have been a loyal Sunburst fan all my life. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. EVEN THEIR SERVER SAID THEIR KITCHEN STAFF IS LAZY! Owner should train them better. Note: There were just 4 tables with 2-3 people. We ate at 3pm. That’s all.
