the food was okay… not the best, but the unagi bangus tasted quite different from your usual bangus, though it didn’t really taste like unagi. what i didn’t like was the serving time, it took about an hour, which is too long, esp for breakfast food. i get that they might have a small kitchen or limited staff, maybe even just one cook, so it was hard for them to keep up, but i hope they find a way to improve this bec the place has potential.
