The staff gave us ambiguous directions, and they did not appropriately respond to our inquiries. Yes, they responded, but their explanation was limited to one word and difficult to comprehend. Furthermore, the word "reservation" was used incorrectly. We recognize that they may be worn out or overworked, but at least an apology or appropriate response to our follow-up inquiries would be appreciated. They are not adept at appropriately managing conflict situations.

Open until 12 midnight. Few selection of dine in food with 2% food service. Medium room is consumeable and better when youre choice is to dine in with KTV it is good for 4-6 person. Available two microphone with controlled lightings making the ambiance more of a party like and fancy dancing. Friendly crew and nice service but a bit slow. Available rest room inside for different gender and a sink. Not sure about them sanitizing the area before you enter the ktv room so its up to you (what you have in mind). We used the small room because there were only two of us. The karaoke is great and there are some new songs (like hits from 2021-2022) but there was only one microphone. We tried asking for an additional mic but they dont allow it unless we upgrade to a bigger room. Food selection seems decent and are offered at reasonable prices. Staff was also honest (left my phone in the room and he returned it while we were still in the counter). Kudos!
