This is one of the BEST Japanese restaurants we’ve tried in the metro. As huge Japanese cuisine lovers, we didn’t hesitate to choose this spot for my pre-birthday lunch. So happy with everything we ordered! 😋 Their salmon sashimi (on top of the Torched Salmon Roll) was incredibly smooth and creamy—just so good! We also enjoyed the Salmon Tartare salad, huge servings! The Chicken Teriyaki Donburi was tasty and tender, though I think the chicken-to-rice ratio could be improved with more chicken slices. Overall: This is a gem of a Japanese restaurant in the heart of Quezon City. The food is the star which should attract people from far and wide. Food: The range of choices is wide, from moriawase, rolls, ramen, and curry with rice. The Moriawase we ordered had almost everything they had. Tuna and salmon were ok. Urchin was surprisingly fresh.
