Hot pot was so-so. Slow service for unli esp during peak times, you have to constantly follow up, as food stops coming. Dessert wasn't good either, only the milk curds and fruits are edible.

Been seeing they started offering unli hotpot meal besides their usual dessert menu so I decided to give it a try, immediately regrets it. Food quality is so-so, cant complain, but service is downright terrible. Each order takes around 30minutes to be served, and when served the orders are usually incomplete. Given that the restaurant was less than half full at the time, the slow service is inexcusable.
