Incomplete menu items i ordered are not available, servers are nice and polite but don't look happy working there. Food is decent and edible

The aircon is there and kinda working but its not cold, or maybe because most of the time they let the sliding door always open. Their wood tables have bed bugs! Loved the fish fillet though.
