Stayed here for 3D2N with our furbaby and it was one of our most relaxing trips, so far. The ambience is rejuvenating because you're surrounded by nature perfect for those who wants solitute and escape from the busyness of the city. It was off season so there were a few guests, we technically got the whole place to ourselves. The place was huge, clean and well-maintained with lots of trees/plants around perfect for when you just want to take a stroll esp if you have pets. We booked via Agoda platfotm for 2 nights it was never indicated that a service fee is required in this hotel. Upon check-out, the management asked us to settle a 3rd party booking service fee with no given options but to comply citing hotel "old" policy. I complied and paid in by Gcash, but their acctg office said my payment DID NOT PROCESS due to a WEAK SIGNAL in their area. The acctg office assured me since Gcash payment did not process, it will eventually be refunded, since I settled the fee in cash. Overall ,our stay (co.business planning) of 1nite the staff has been cooperative on our every request . the rooms are clean the staff accommodating the place is well maintained if you're in tagaytay for the views- Taal - the hotel vicinity will disappoint

The Garden room was small but neat and clean. No tissue in the bedroom. No slippers and no bathrobe provided only towels which are located in the CR. There's a 1-ply tissue though in the CR. By the way, we didn't get a good sleep because of their window type A/C, it will cool and then not. The staffs were friendly but I hope they could improve their service. Like we appreciated it when they gave us a hot tea for goodnight sleep but the timing isn't right. We're scheduled to swim that evening so it would be better next time to gave the tea after the evening swimming rather than giving it ea…
