Whenever we want a quick ramen fix that won't budge our budget, we go to Ta'Chen Ramen! Been here twice already. The food is good for the price--true value for money. Would recommend the takoyaki coz it's super worth it at 45 pesos for 6pcs (price is subject to change). Dining is semi-al fresco, in an open space in front of the store.
