I’m an American who has been living in PH for over a year now and can say that this Taco Bell location is very satisfying and exceeded my standards. We ran into an issue but the manager, Darwin was quick to ensure we were taken care of. Not only was the food great, but their customer service was also great. Thank you Darwin and Taco Bell Philippines for ensuring that the food quality standard is upheld. 👌

Place is clean and staff are attentive. However, food is below average. Goes for all branches of Taco Bell in the Philippines. Got the nachos and it was fine, but I can get better nachos from other establishments at the same price.

Happy to finally have a Taco Bell in Ayala Center Makati. So far, this is worse in Metro Manila. Store space is small and cashier will sneak in a charge for Fire Sauce if you don’t pay attention. The Circuit Makati store (which we visit more often after football training at Chelsea Blue Pitch) tried to do the same . ‘Lived in the US for almost 15 yrs & TB is our fave chain. The menu in here is lacking, no Doritos taco shells nor Mountain Dew Baja Blast..and the sauces are limited. One Saturday afternoon, I got hungry. Tried Taco Bell before going to Omniverse Museum. The food, the staff service, the place, it's all mid. I ordered a burrito meal and while it filled my gut momentarily, I have no memory of how it tasted. Not good, not bad, all mid. Rating: 3 stars

Coming from the United States we eat Taco Bell all the time. I was excited to get my Taco Bell cravings. We ordered the rice bowl which is full of rice and not much meat but it tasted ok. The maximelt was ok nothing compared to the one in the Stated which is my favorite out of Taco Bell menu. We also ordered the flaming queso wrap which is very disappointing because it has no heat or spicy at all. It had three small pieces of peppers. Nothing close to the picture on the menu.
