The food is great, and their staffs are friendly (even their Mr. Cat - The Manager). The space is small but it wasn’t suffocating. The place is clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommended shop with authentic Japanese cuisine and I will definitely go back again to try other offers in their menu.
i think i found my new favorite ramen place! 🍜 their ramen broth is rich and deep + not too heavy so you can really enjoy it well. the place is a bit small but it adds to the sense of community when you're inside. the staff are warm and friendly and they have cats inside, just a heads up !! they pride themselves for their ramen and you won't have any regrets once you taste it, i promise. highly recommend this place. to make sure you can eat here, reserve your seat an hour before you come so they can save you a spot bc most of time, they really are full-house.
I honestly haven't been to many ramen houses, that's because I'm afraid I'd be wasting my money on not-so-good ones (like the one I tried recently😵). Taichou Izakaya has set the bar so high, I don't wanna be disappointed if I try others. The ramen is just oh-so-good! The broth, the seasonings, the meat🤤, the overall taste that makes the ramen as it is, is just too perfect (i crave and drool everytime I remember). We always come by here every time we visit Davao. And kudos to the kind and friendly staff! The space is small but I find it intimate and has the exclusive feels. ☺️ Brought my famil…
Moderately priced, decent quality Japanese food. Menu is not particularly extensive, but has a decent array of ramen choices. Quality of ramen is tasty and easily comparable to larger Japanese restaurants. Seating can be on the cramped side, but can accomodate small groups. Recommend to reserve ahead of time because it can get crowded. Overall service is pleasant and typical in preparation for food. Aesthetic is fairly hole-in the wall, but a touch better than expected from its neighborhood. Despite cramped amenities, the food is good enough to recommend and the atmosphere is passable.
Place is just small but it's sparkling clean and they are giving me the Japan-kind-of-vibe ✨ aesthetic✨. I love how accommodating and friendly their staff is. I bit pricey but it's worth it. Chicken karaage (185php) and gyoza (185php) are must try! I tried their Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen (345php), they have huge serving and it taste good too. My friends ordered Hell Ramen spicy level 4 (325php) you can choose the level of spiciness from 1-7 and i think 2 is enough if you're not into super spicy food 😅 it taste good as hell, will recommend.
