We've been regulars since it opened last year in 2023! Got my favorite Takashi Shoyu Ramen and my sister ordered Beef Kamameshi, our parents got a salad and tried the new Takashi Hambaga dish, and we ordered another new item Tori Kuwa Yaki to try 😆 The food was all good - my ramen was perfectly cooked, and the pork slices were so tasty, the broth was sakto lang, not too salty nor bland, and the ramen egg was oh so jammy! So love the tantanmen ramen. And all their sushis are fresh and super yummy! I also love the ambiance. Very cozy. No problem with the parking area. Spacious and instagrammable!

Went here twice last December and will keep going back. This hidden gem along Congressional will definitely satisfy your Japanese cravings. Place is situated on the 2nd floor of a condo, and is sharing space with Old Spaghetti House, so don’t be surprised with the setup. Servers were nice, at first we can see they were surprised because we went 5pm for dinner and maybe it’s odd to have new face to have that dinner early, hehe! This restaurant is like a hidden gem. This has an open floor with The Old Spaghetti House (TOSH). So you can order additional food itema from the other restaurant. Food is good. Ordered ramen, spam misubi, salmon skin, katsudon, chicken curry. While the family members of one of my friends ordered from TOSH. Relatively fast service for a group of 10.

Still on the soft opening with less 10%. Price oki for taste quality and ambiance. Old spaghetti house they share the same space and can order..Ramen has the right creaminess, and the amount ingredients you get plenty enough, just the hardness of noodles on the firm side. I'm not sure if that's the style of takashi. Takoyaki was great and had the right balance. Some minor quirks or improvements are still needed, but hey, it's still in the soft opening and is already up there. Overall, I'll definitely be back soon. Chow!
