This takoyaki joint caught my eye in SM Hypermart so I decided to order Bacon and Cheese and Big Tako. I was very disappointed because they served us an old batch which seemed to be exposed for a long time… they had so many cooked takoyaki pieces prepared already — maybe exposed for hours already and they just reheat them when people order. The texture of the takoyaki was very chewy on the outside and tasted quite undercooked in the middle… it was not good at all. The staff were just on their cellphones same as the other lady in the kiosk behind them (Xiao Bao). They were facing each other …

This store does not have any precaution that their Takoyaki is super hot. My tongue was swelling, I spit out the takoyaki and I cried because of the hotness of the food. Maybe you can put a warning note on your packaging to be careful becauae it is super hot.

The big tako tastes bland, it's all flour and there wasn't any taco bits. Lack of sauce and it's quite dry. Sorry but I won't be buying again.
