Talabar Kitchen & Café in Mother Ignacia, Quezon City, is an excellent spot for a fresh oyster fix. Our group of six started with four platters of oysters, but they were so good that we couldn’t resist ordering two more—one plate for each of us! The oysters, sourced locally from Aklan, were perfectly sized and delicious, whether you prefer them fresh or cooked 💯

Food - We had a delightful variety of oysters - both fresh and cooked in different ways. We love the oysters, fresh and cooked nicely with so much flavors. The salmon bomb though can be improved as well as it's presentation. We had previously tried a more visually appealling version of the salmon bomb in Tokyo, which set a high standard.
Service - is topnotch! Had so much patience with the kid who is with us, is also very noisy and naughty at times. Serving time is good.
Parking - quite limited but we didn't had any issues.

Really good food. Wide range of drinks especially cocktails. Parking is very limited though. The Bulaklak with Jack Daniel's sauce is a must. Sisig is also great. Tastes like authentic Pampanga sisig.

Unique experience. If you're craving for fresh oysters try it here. I prefer grilled, plain and simple. The salad was good to! Best at night hanging out with friends. Parking is somehow difficult.
