Food and service is 5 star. They are attentive and proactive with our requests and needs. Had our dinner here for two and their corned beef and shanghai is tasty. We will definitely be back.

Poor service. It took over 30 minutes to serve 1 order of Tapa't Danggit Rice Bowl. When it finally arrived, the food wasn’t warm. The danggit is also undercooked. It is also poorly packed — my order was placed sideways in a small paper bag.

ordered the tapareta,classic and spicy meals...the classic and spicy have no rice in it..it's still early in the morning no excuse whatsoever to forgot to put the rice inside the mealbox...please replace your workers thank you

Poorest service of tapa king branch i have ever dined in. Hope they would improve. 1 customer served and finished his food ahead, before they served mine, they had my order na before the guy came in. Staff tried to be nice, but exeprience is bad, that i cant even smile back.

Service is consistently bad that it affects the entire experience. Every time its either the order takes too long regardless of the number of customers, or they get it wrong. Staff even make it seem that it is your fault they have the wrong order, insisting that we said the wrong thing and we just changed it.
