Pinoy Tapa like no other!!!!! Loving it while freshly "seared" (where do you find that?!?!?). Plus the ability to "choose" is unheard of. Liberating and extremely delicious. My new go-to Tapa! Please have one in Alabang!

Their tapsilog is super sulit and sarap! I’m very particular with my tapa and this checks my boxes: not sweet, not too salty — just right. I love how generous the rice is and how there’s an option for lean or fatty meat and also options for the pickled sides + sawsawan. I got bitin lang with the OG size so maybe when you’re super hungry after a long run / intense workout, get the biggest size! Also, Gyud Food is so spacious and comfy. It’s an ideal place to have breakfast at after a run around UP. Would definitely go back. ◡̈

Really great, filling meal! Sulit price also! I don’t usually like tapa but this one tasted really good.
