very poor customer service!! one of the branches that not only will disappoint customers but will get onto your nerves!! ordered on app delivery came after two hours upon order received!! no words of apologies from the staff and not even a single offer to pamper customer dismay.. never will order again never !!

I ordered 2 mc saver meals but only one has been given they say to wait but there's no progress on my order for about 20 mins so i go to the claiming area where in i already saw my order but no one's accomodating me as i ask for my order confirmation the crew of the claiming area is very non responsive it's dissapointing.

we ordered a big mac and waited for more than an hour. the service was also not that great and the crews weren't accommodating. they said it'll be ready in 10 minutes.
