The tantanmen was disappointing. Too sweet. The ground pork in the soup was perfect. But why is the broth sweet? Then the tonkatsu broth was waay too salty. The shrimp Maki was full of cucumber. The chicken katsu was fine. Try putting it in a paper to-go box with holes away from rice to retain some crispyness.
