Food items always newly cooked. Place is always crowded and flooring dirty. Tables and chairs don't have distancing, space is cramped, also their crew doesn't always clean the tables.

Food is inconsistent. There are some cases that it's okay, other cases where the food just isn't good. It's funny because I don't have this problem in other branches. The saddest is getting a platter of chao fan. We got the platter and it tastes like the rice used for it was burned, and not lightly burned either. It's a smell and taste that permeates through every seasoning. I called with the complaint and they were eager to replace it, but the rice they used is still burned, somewhat masked by the seasoning. VERY POOR SERVICE. ORDER ONLINE 8:12PM. RECEIVED OUR FOOD AT AROUND 9:35 PM. FROM ORDER THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THERE ARE TWO SENIOR CITIZENS THAT WOULD EAT THEIR FOOD. STAFF DOES NOT EVEN WANT TO ACCOMMODATE US SINCE OUR CALLS KEEP GETTING TURNED DOWN. UPON OPENING OF FOOD, WONTON MAMI WAS NOT EVEN PROPERLY SEALED. SOUP LEAKED OUT EASILY.
