the food was decent overall. the prawn toast was good and great for sharing. i liked the different textures in the dish and it was perfectly seasoned. the salmon tataki was the star of the show. the salmon was really fresh, and the sauce was excellent. it paired well with the chuka wakame and the salmon skin chicharon. the hojicha was okay, but the matcha latte leaned more on the milky side. there wasn’t much matcha flavor, so if you prefer milky matcha, you’d probably enjoy it.
