Tealive is one of those tea places that you would visit once in a while for its simplicity and delicious food. The food options are great if you want a quick but fulfilling meal . The menu may not look much they make it up by serving it to you piping hot, in an insulated container and by being hearty and filing. They also have food + tea combos that can help you save money. Service is okay. It works like any other cafe and the atmosphere is how you would expect a boba to cafe to have.

When I entered their shop the staff just looked at me while she is watching something in her phone before she realized that I am a customer. She had a look in her face that she is irritated because I interrupted her from watching. I ordered their signature milk tea with giant bobba. When my order was ready she even called me over to get the drink, even though there are no customers in the shop during that time, she could have just served it to my table. The service crew were not accommodating, rude, and showing no interest in doing their job. I ordered a passion fruit tea with 3q jelly and it tastes like a cough syrup. I’m not recommending this branch and the fruit tea I ordered to any of my friends.
