Seems like a new place. My recommendation is not to put any sweet ingredients in the sandwich. Sugar and tuna don't go along. Air condition still under construction. Tea was nice, I suggest having soy milk alternative.
They have trouble processing debit card payment. For now they can transact with Gcash and Cash. The tables are kept clean but some flies and insects fly around which makes dine in experience off putting. The servers have a very laid-back expression, so it definitely needs improvement in customer service because after all, they are working in a customer facing industry. Lotus Biscoff Frappe is a must-try! No designated parking but plenty around the area. Located beside Army Navy at The Pearl Place Condominium.
I'm glad they didn't play loud music this time and staff are nicer. The server didn't remember my instructions not to add butter and ice but was nice enough to ask if I want her to redo my order. Food and drinks are more expensive than other tea places (considering the quality of ingredients and size) but it's understandable due to the location, huge space, and 24/7 service. The energetic ambiance is for people who need bright lighting (ex. for doing art work, taking notes) but not for people who want to relax or destress. They overdo the egg mayo sandwich so you might want to monitor how muc…
Staff on duty at this current time of review were busy doing everything else, except have someone recieve customers at the counter. They're either understaffed "2 people" per shift... or someone couldn't make it due to the weather update: the place can get noisy when theres plenty of people NOT EATING. and other people cannot hear their orders getting called out. (suggest loudspeaker or something to mitigate)
I had a problem with my order at the cashier, and they were absolutely convinced that what they had entered was right. What really got to me wasn't just the order mix-up, but it was the way the staff handled the whole situation. Their unprofessionalism was really frustrating, especially they sounded angry when I should've been the one upset in the first place.
