No change despite being open for 24 hours. I ordered milk tea, when I tried to punch my straw in, the entire top came off and the paper cup almost got destroyed. I asked for an extra cup so I can transfer what's left but was promptly declined. Instead of helping me fix the issue, the staff was rude, condescending, and did not help at all.

So disappointed with this branch they always do not have any change or available epayment. I do love the food here but they always give me an option not to buy. The vibes of the crew is not welcoming and they do not find a way for this problem to get fixed.
