Ordered last night for the first time and it still needs improvement. I ordered Cream Cheese Milk Tea and pearls tasted like burnt sugar at first and blant afterwards. They put too much cream cheese instead of milk tea. I love their service. Staff were polite and welcoming. Make sure though to follow special instructions next time. I specifically asked to not put ice on my order but it wasn't followed. I do not usually give second chances but I would with Teaone. I will come back after a month or so to see if they already have made improvements.
