Loved the food, their plating, and the overall ambience of the place. Minus 1 point because everything took a while to get to us, despite this being around 2-3PM. Upside: place is nice, food is good. We came for after-lunch coffee and desserts and they did not disappoint. Downside: staff are friendly but not as attentive and quick. They needed some follow up. Do we recommend this place? Yes. Are we going back? Yes.

Poor service. We waited for 30 minutes for 1 ramen, 1 soba and 1 dessert. We made 3 follow ups and no food was served. When the lady server came, she said that she had just asked for our orders to be on the queue and they were just being made! I said I would like to cancel the order but she insisted that it's already being processed. Anyway, we ended up eating our food. The dessert also didn't come with the churros which we expected 😑 The food was meh for us. Located on the ground floor of Tiendesitas in Pasig. The staff were responsive and was able to handle the lunch time rush without sacrificing customer service. The food was mediocre at best and the serving size is quite small for the price. I hope they improve the serving size and quality. The overall experience was okay.

We came in around 1pm. There were lesser customers But the place looked like they just finished serving the lunch rush as there unbussed tables. It was my first time trying Tenya. I got Asakusa Special Teikoshu which includes tiger prawns tempura, green beans, rice, potato salad and miso soup. The tempura batter tasted okay, but I thought I was getting larger prawns because the menu described it as black tiger prawns. My mom ordered Gyo Ramen set.
