There are few people here in the Prestige Lounge at SM San Lazaro, which enhances the positive ambiance of the place. The restroom is also nice; they have a bidet and good toilet facilities. The only downside for me is that they don't serve coffee here. Try to visit here at third floor of the SM dept store to experience their prestige service of their sm advantage card.

Located at the top most level of SM department store and exclusive access given to Prestige card holders, a card which may be granted with a P300,000 cumulative purchase at SM chain. Prestige lounge has dedicated staff attending to patrons with offer of free drinks. Free wifi available. Mostly families of OFWs access the facility so it gets packed quite fast. It was a bit too noisy for our liking so we left after finishing our coffee. Clean comfort room available inside.
