Wonderful family-friendly atmosphere. Service was excellent (thanks Bong!) and the food is exactly what you expect. I rarely buy desserts, but I enjoyed the experience enough that I decided to use dessert as an excuse to stay a little longer.

We recently dined at TGIF in One Ayala Mall, and it was a delightful experience. The dining attendants were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, with Joanna/Joana standing out for her patience and attentiveness. She ensured our comfort throughout the meal, and both she and her manager (whose name we regrettably forgot) regularly checked in to see if we were satisfied and how the food was. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 We tried their newest promo where you can get 1 appetizer, 1 entree and a drink for just 375 pesos + Service Charge. The servings are decent, tastes good as well.The pork liempo is juicy and delicious. I like their truffle chips but the pasta is super salty though.

If I have to give this restaurant an honest unbiased review, it’s gonna be: yummy but overpriced food items. Yes, overpriced, and I know rich people will probably not agree, but I have tasted similar food items from restaurants definitely cheaper than this restaurant. I mean, the food, the service and atmosphere were great, but I wouldn’t pay 500 pesos for five pieces of really thin chicken wings that tasted like a generic deep fried chicken. We dined in for a birthday lunch for my friend. 7 adults with 2 kids. This is inside Glorietta mall. This branch has no outdoor space. The staff is attentive. About the food, the wings the classics flavor were dry so I can't recommend it. Mac n Cheese, mashed potatoes were good. The portions of fries were less thou.
