Our family wanted to dine here last night since my partner was craving steak for dinner. While the ambiance is nice, we were not pleased by the loud sound levels. We had a toddler with us, and it felt like we couldn’t communicate as a family. Due to this, we opted to dine at Manam instead. Hopefully, they can tone it down next time so we can enjoy dining at their restaurant as a family.

We went here for lunch and ordered our usual favourites. Food is the same and taste the same, served hot and fast. service is good, they are very accommodating and friendly although I noticed that they could need additional staffs to accommodate customers better specially peak hours. The restaurant is new so it looks good and clean. Overall experience is good!

havent been to any tgi fridays branch for a looong time. surprised with how big the serving size of their ₱375 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 drink is. great service from opus mall branch.

This is probably the worst TGIF Branch and Customer Service I’ve ever had. I was told initially by the receptionist that I was 3rd in the line, and after waiting for 1 hour and half, I found out that I was actually placed as 7th. Their queuing system is not organized, everyone is all over the place, and the staff cannot keep it together. I really hope the management address this. The food is not a cheap, to deserve this kind of customer service.

Chicken was so bitter I could not finish it. I didn't bother to raise the issue kasi it already took 30mins and our family was in a hurry for our movie. Yung manager dinadaan daanan lang kami and did not even bother to check how's our food. I was actually waiting for the opportunity to tell her, hanggang sa lumabas na kami and dumaan pa kami mismo sa harap nya but she never even acknowledged us (thank you or smile man lang) nakatayo lang siya dun. Servers were nice naman. I just could not help comparing the service we get from their fellow Bistro Group Texas Roadhouse (all branches). This ma…
