Had a bad experience with their staff couple of days before the lock down in 2020 (basically they were unhygienic and kept on talking to each other while disregarding the fact that the person responsible for the tea was spraying saliva all over my drink) but The Alley has the best milktea in town. I don’t think I see the guy anymore in the shop so I think all is good

They transferred to a new location, it is still inside the Megamall but much smaller compared to their previous one.

Im not into milk tea (tried thid because of my girlfriend). She said that their service was fast and its surpisingly affordable.

a 70% sugar level will still keep you on Insulin because the sweetness of their Royal Milktea is like drinking a newly harvested sugar cain stalk from the field. poorly tended drink whose only claim to fame is their fashionably copied deer logo.

We went to the Alley, megamall atrium, Aug 14, 2022, 6:30 pm. One of the female crews was so rude, the tall one. She was very impolite getting one of our chairs even when we told her that someone was sitting there. It was very obvious because there was a drink in front of the chair, she just said, ‘ E, dun yan nakalagay’. referring to the chair. There was not a bit of politeness in her. We sure are not getting back there. Worst costumer service, drinks were not good either.
