The coffee is good but the food suck. Coffee: I ordered my usual Americano and it was strong and aromatic. I always go black so I appreciate the pure coffee flavor. My friend ordered the Ferrero infused coffee. She liked it. I'm not fond of sweet coffee and frappes but this one is okay. I can really taste the coffee and chocolate blend. It's a good combination. Ate here with my boyfriend. We were first attracted by the interior design and got curious. They have a variety of items on the menu, including rice, pasta, waffles, and sandwiches. We ordered lasagna and a tuna melt. My comment is that the lasagna serving is too small for the price, and the tuna melt I ordered was missing one slice of bread. It was our 2nd time in this restaurant; the first experience was good; me and my husband were satisfied with the foods, service, and ambiance. But the second time we decided to just order to take home. After my husband got his order, he took a seat because I needed to buy something at the grocery store, but one of the employees approached him and said, "Can we please use this table? ”. I have the worst experience service with this restaurant. One of the staff/crew of the beanery (Sm Telebastagan Branch) get my plate on my table even though im not yet done eating my food. I was shocked and did not react on it because i dont want to make a scene. This is my first time to eat in this restaurant. I know this just a small thing this will reflect a customer experience really bad and will never go back again. I hope the management of this restaurant take this seriously because you will lose customers because of this. If you can reprimand one of their crews so be it. Thank you.

Disappointed 😐 it took so long to serve our food tapos malamig ung food na sinerve samin, the rice is undercooked. We asked them to changed our rice but at the second time matigas padin. Sad.
