I dined at McDonald's SM San Lazaro once and had a pleasant experience. And I have appreciated the service that was good, the place was nice and tidy, and the comfort room was well-maintained. Overall, a satisfying visit.

The food is great, but the atmosphere is not good, and the space is too crowded. I also experienced two cockroaches climbing on me while eating on this branch. It was not sanitary, and the tables were not cleaned enough, leaving liquid stains of sodas/icecream/ketchup.

Lined up on a senior priority line.the cashier Paul didn't attend to me ahead of 2 non-seniors even after I showed my card.pls teach ur crew to honor the priority line or else don't put it up.these crew will grow old,too.i hope they don't experience this disrespect

Its actually good but my neighbor when the time we order here, she received a wrong item delivered in our table by the crew, so its hassle because she have two kids to bring and bring back the wrong item in the counter
