I never knew CBTL had good quality cakes and pastries. The blueberry cheesecake and chocolate sans rival were to die for. The breakfast quiche was also surprisingly delicious. Coffee is still topnotch. I like that there’s a self-service water station. The staff were polite enough to inform us that they were already closing the store. The ambience was great for group dates, as the seats and tables can be rearranged.
A decent branch of coffee bean. Not so large inside but comfortable enough and has plenty of outside seats. Drinks are as expected, but unlike most other branches, you can pay with Apple Pay.
Perfect place to have coffee break and study sessions Coffee is always good but their pastries are not fresh (we ate at around 2pm)
Drinks are okay and cake is good. Music in store is way too loud and theres also probably only 2 sockets, the one I was near doesnt work. If you plan to do some work or wanted to charge your phone while you have some coffee or something, probably not the best place. The music was so loud you cant really read or do much work even if you wanted to. On top of that it was so loud you also cant hear when someone across you is speaking.
Warm outside, warm inside. Coffee was not cold nor hot. Not too noisy but the flies are annoying. Tuna sandwich was warm. Cheesecake was not cold. Latte was weak. Not cheap. Only 2 foreigners present, so my gf was disappointed ☹️
