I am staying at a hotel nearby and decided to drop by this coffee shop. Unfortunately, it was quite hot inside the shop, probably due to the early morning sun, and the coffee tasted more like milk than coffee, which is often a sign of a shop that struggles with making a good cup. Despite its ideal location in Ayala Mall, it was difficult to enjoy my coffee due to the sweltering heat and the inadequate air conditioning. Good food (and drinks). Big space, very cold inside I should’ve brought my jacket. I used to go here pag pupunta kameng hi-precision clinic while waiting for the doctor. Wifi connection is intermittent. If you have your swirl card, be sure to ask for the wifi password while you’re at the counter because sometimes they tend to forget to volunteer the wifi password. Like what I experienced yesterday, medyo sungit pa nga ng pagkakasagot nung nag-ask ako wifi password, “kung meron kayong swirl card”.. Double shot Cappuccino really has that caffeine kick. This branch is really nice and cozy. Staff's were all nice and good service. Although wifi here during our visit was not working. Better crowd and quiet.

You should bring enough patience and kindness when you visit this branch. Service is very bad and they have a lot of items that are out of stock. The crew are very unfriendly and not attentive. I know now why not many people are dining in this place. The staff are just chitchatting and keeping the customers waiting.
