My experience here is delightful. My first order in this store is Matcha and it was really good, the best so far. The atmosphere is exceptionally good and relaxing as it is located in an open area of the mall, it also is a perfect backdrops for both casual hangouts with friends or productive sessions while working. The crews are accomodating and is in good manner. The prices are reasonable but some, I think, is overprice but given its great value for the quality of the product they are offering, we can make some compromise to the price. Best tea latte still. Service was quick and efficient. I also got a mesh bag. Pretty affordable. Had carrot slice (5/5) it was moist and delicious. Not so sweet. Also had their chai latte (5/5) still the best tea latte. I love going to this branch.

The oldest CBTL branch I've ever known. I'm not sure, but I think this has been around since college days? (I'm almost 50 now, so that was around the time when NSAT/NCEE was still a thing. 😂) I love that this is located in the open area in the middle of Alabang Town Center, so you are surrounded by greens and other nice views. Food is standard CBTL fare, I always order the same thing anyway (matcha latte and chicken salad in the morning, ginseng peppermint tea and cheesecake in the afternoon).

This used to be a frequent branch to visit when in Alabang Town Center, I remember it to be a cold little spot in the area stage of the mall where families converge during weekends because of its ideal spot. Ordered an americano, a vanilla latte and ube ensaymada. Drinks were good but was pleasantly surprised by how soft and flavorful the ube ensaymada was. I’m done with my coffee and figured there’s a piece of hair in it! The baristas didn’t even say sorry or anything! They just asked what’s my order and thats it! Poor service!
