CBTL never ceases to satisfy me in terms of food, ambience, service, price and of course The Coffee Experience. This particular store at The Podium is cozy and private despite its corner tenant location. It's one of the best places to unwind after a day's work.

Coffee is as great as any CBTL branch. Staff are also courteous. I love the mug they use here. Not sure if it's the same with other CBTL branches, but it just feels cozy to hold.

This Coffeebean Branch is probably the best. They have spots there that feels like you are home. They have a C.R. Plugs are also available to charge your gadgets 😄

This branch isn’t it for me. :( Disgusting drinks and equally disgusting service. Their cold brew tastes exactly like iced americano — it’s BITTER and acidic, not like a real cold brew at all! Then when we asked them to please change the drink to the right one, they proceeded to gaslight and humiliate us. The barista even “educated” us about a cold brew’s taste. Excuse me, I drink it every day and you’re mansplaining its taste to me? The nerve. Never coming back here again. I should have gone to a different coffee shop.

My beeper beeped so I went to get my order. At the counter where they serve your orders, they didn't notice me at first. When the lady asked what the name for my order was, the cashier guy answered, "Boris." And they both laughed so hard. I felt awkward and wanted to confront them, but I didn't want to make a scene so I just claimed my order and left. Is my first name really that funny, CBTL?
