It's not crowded despite it being a Sunday. Very clean. Staff are jice too. My first tim to have their iced matcha and i didnt regret it.

Like all CBTL branches, it is homey. The reason I’m giving it a 5-star rating is because it is REALLY, REALLY peaceful. The place is so spacious and there are more than enough seats almost every time I visit the place. Perhaps the only time there a lot of people are on Sundays. The only con I figured for this CBTL branch is the distance it has from the main activity areas. It is definitely quite a walk from mountain wing.

The CBTL at Seaside is so organized even when crowded. Love the staff. They are so polite. This pandemic, the maximum number of persons allowed in the place is 37. Every seat is also sanitized as soon as a customer leaves for the next one so safety and health is prioritized.

Good ambiance. Smelly restroom. Great coffee. Overall great experience, except the smelly toilet. Will be back, but not soon.

Unmotivated staff and overpriced. 200 pesos for an iced late this small is a bit much. See pic and i dont have big hands lol
