Update: I hope they transfer to a different spot, maybe outside the dept store. - Service is ok. Friendly staff. - Ambiance is meh. Its not inviting tbh. - Very limited seats. Customers tend to stay for longer periods😶

FOOD - Blend of coffee is different from other CBTLs... as if its not blended properly and you can still find tidbits of beans that you have to chew. There are almost no pastries here btw, I would've wanted the garlic bread lol. SERVICE - One of the staff is rude. They refuse customers pala 30mins before closing. One time I was able to order at around 8:30 tas nagdadabog yung staff. ATMOSPHERE - Since its not a proper coffee shop you'll be surrounded by mall clothes, because its inside the sm store . But its fine, when you buy something inside you'll get a coupon free upsize.
