The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery One Ayala

In front of the busy streets of Ayala, you'll feel like you're transported to a different place when you step inside The Fatseed. The staff will seat you promptly, they are very approachable and their service is fast.

Their food is good, just a bit on the pricier side. The clam chowder is creamy, very comforting. The burger is flavorful and paired well with their thick cut fries. The pasta serving is big and you can smell the truffle. The chicken and waffle, beware - you have to have a big appetite to finish this. A new Fatseed branch at One Ayala. Suggested this place for an afternoon coffee and to check out the new mall afterwards. Coffee is always good here and so with the food on their menu. Got myself a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup. Paired with Cafe Latte. A good treat for a rainy afternoon.

Note: One Ayala Mall has an underground parking.

First time trying their breakfast and definitely did not disappoint 🙂 I enjoyed the waffles and chicken, though the pickled onion was a little bland for my taste - I would prefer it more tangy. But overall enjoyed it. Husband got the big breakfast and yes the portion is big. Their coffee as always is excellent. Attentive servers too!
