Ordered: Garlic Bread Price: ₱27 Location: Main Floor of SM Manila (Physical store but does not have tables and chairs) Their breads are reasonably priced. I love to test all the breads if only I have more money hehe so I only tried the garlic bread for take-out. It was tasty, and had real bits of garlic. However, it is not hot anymore so it is better for take-outs to heat it on a toaster, it's better.

I'm Italian and I need my croissant in the morning. Here is not bad, I need to be honest. Unfortunately they don't have fresh coffee and only 2 tables where to sit.

They literally dropped my food on the floor 2 times in the past month. And then when I confronted they became defensive. Pretty bad look in my opinion

I visited the shop two days in a row because of the offer of different kinds of bread The products are great but the service is poor. They serve preferential clients over the queu. If you adress them in english they seems to not understand. Both days I observe people from the back of the queu asking for different balery items and been served in front of the people waiting in the queu. Sims to be a practice here to serve locals before serving the people waiting in queu.

Sat down for over 5 minutes and not a SINGLE server even bothered to look our direction. We tried calling their attention, but they seem to be preoccupied with something else since all of them seem to be looking elsewhere. Tables were all uncleaned when we arrived. There were at least 8 of them and the place is small... so i dont get why no one is bothering to attend to the customer or maintaining their dining area. Never even got to eat their food because no one seem to care that we were there... service was horrible
