The food was absolutely delicious. We were a large group so we pre-ordered but food was served hot and fresh. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Kyle assisted us with our reservation and was very accommodating even when there was a threat to cancel because of transport strike, he was open to making new arrangements. Other staff all over the hotel was just warm and kind. Our waiters included Mark or Mike, Stephen and one more that I can't remember (sorry, man) but all servers at the Ciao bar were just wonderful! What really caught me at first was the color of their chairs, as I walked in. It's comfy, and the spaces were just right, easy to move and walk. I likke the setups and structure of the place, it's appealing on the eye, and very neat and cleanOf course, what can I say with the food, tasty authentic Filipino food that my tummy was very full. The staffs were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we have requests, they were ready to assist and gave their 100%service. Amazing service and experience we had in this restaurant.

The chef may be happy but we were not. The breakfast buffet was meh and was very forgettable Good thing we had a 50% discount since we stayed the night. But i think we would have been happier had we just ordered from Grab or Food Panda.
