My cousin ordered, paid for the food, but they never delivered the food nor refunded the payment. Now they blocked my cousin from messaging them. What for 1000 pesos, you need to scam people, c'mon! Please be decent with your business.

This rating is for the person I'm talking to on Instagram. I don't think it's bad to follow up because I paid, I ordered. All I was asking is what time delivered or status of my order. Of all the online orders I've talked to on instagram they were the worst. They insulted / scolded the customer that all I was asking what time delivered or follow up.
