I only stayed the one night but the rooms are lovely. I found the bed really comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping team are fantastic.
Our stay had some highlights, such as the amazing food and attentive housekeeping, which came by twice daily. However, there were some notable downsides. The beach, though beautiful, was unfortunately littered with trash and seemed neglected. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing made for a noisy experience—I could literally hear karaoke and shows from outside the resort. The bed was uncomfortably firm and bouncy, and while the bathroom was spacious, the tub had a persistent leak. We also encountered some issues with the front desk staff, who came across as discriminatory. Overall, while th…
The employees who work in the facility were all very courteous and friendly, excellent service. The room is ok but the bed is not comfortable nor the pillows. There is a club nearby that plays loud music all night long and the room glass windows are not soundproof so you can literally hear all the noise! The waterfront on their website doesn’t look nice in actual. Can’t swim in it (dirty actually). You have to take a taxi to the nearest beach (about 30 minutes away). The swimming pool has no privacy. It’s next to the hotel restaurant so people eating can literally see anyone swimming.
The room is really spacious and clean. Airconditioning is fine. There are complimentary drinks, bottled water (you have to call and request though, it is not places automatically) and sweets. There is an ample selection for the breakfast buffet but choices are a bit out of the box. There was Spam, cheese, fusilli, an egg station, meatballs, chicken pastel, etc. but no bacon, longganisa, hotdogs, etc. There is a swimming pool aside from the beach outside. There is a sandbar. You can rent a sailboat. The staff members are polite, neat, and friendly. The obvious area for improvement is the b…
We really expected so much more of this. We were walking inside trying to figure out how to use the pool for the kids. Staff was very unfriendly and looking down at us for asking how much it was. And honestly the pool and conditions around it looked dirty and unkempt. We decided to leave ofc. Not to mention the beach surrounding it. Sad to see, garbage everywhere 😞
