I think the food is delicious. They were prepared and served in a timely manner contrary to what I am reading in some reviews. I really liked the Vietnamese rolls (not that crunchy but delicious), lechon kawali (very tender), and the sautéed mixed vegetables is also good. Just one suggestion I guess. I think sinigang dishes whether it is fish or prawns need to be more soupy and to be served extremely hot. That would give more justice to the dish. I think the standout is the service. Ms. Marisol, one of the servers is very attentive, has attention to details (anticipated our needs), and gave …
Waste of money! We had our dinner here on our first night at Movenpick since we don’t want to get out of the hotel area. Turned out it’s a bad choice. The food is really pricey, which I already expect since we are in a 5star hotel anyway, but I was dumbfounded when we tried the food. The food were like just reheated not freshly cooked except for the pansit. It’s really awful I cannot finish it. Really waste of money. We could have had a better meal in a fastfood restaurant. The staff were kind and accommodating and the ambience is also good, a bit quiet maybe because not so many really dine i…
Was staying at a different hotel, came for the restaurant because of Accor Plus. The food here was so so, if not outright bad for the Korean dishes and meat platter. With the 50% discount I could hardly count it as worthwhile let alone paying the menu price.

My stay at this hotel has been profoundly disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the food served is exorbitantly priced yet fails to meet even basic quality standards—the meat dishes, in particular, are consistently dry and lack flavor, making them unenjoyable. Additionally, the customer service is as poor as it can get. Instead of addressing and resolving any issues or concerns, the servers are unresponsive and frequently shift the blame onto me as the customer, refusing to take responsibility or offer any meaningful solutions. This combination of overpriced, low-quality food and abysma…
