While waiting for the show time at Theatre, I opted to dine here and it did not disappoint. I ordered Leche Flan Danish and hot Emglish breakfast tea (I forgot to mention at the counter that it shouldve been iced but its all good as it turns out. The bread and flan are both delicious. The tea is not so hot that I was able to drink it right away. Their other pastries looks so good too bad that I only have a few time left before the show starts. The staff at The Patisserie of Solaire - Milnard, Kim, Josh, Louise and especially Ms Melanie - were spectacularly accommodating, courteous and simply wonderful. Needless to say, the cakes and the coffee we had were fantastic. Was looking for a place to have snacks and we walked around the Patisserie. We saw their sandwich and ice cream display and decided to eat here. The place is always full with patrons who are sitting and just probably for a show they are going to watch. Just like us, as it is conveniently located at the foot of the escalator going towards the theater area. Coffee quality requires technique improvement. Brewed coffee tasted weak no body just burnt and bitter. Like dirt that cannot pass for hotel standard coffee. Only thing I enjoyed was the fruity cheesecake which I highly recommend. That red vanilla moist surprise of a cheesecake. Because even if the berries on top was dusted. Tasted fresh and juicy.
