It is located near FEU Hospital and the Good Shepherd Church. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The building has guards on duty 24/7, and there is a convenience store on the ground floor .

Place is great and very safe. The whole area is guarded and well secured. Very silent and very good for students looking for a quite accomodation near FEU

I had to pay for a parking space since my family had multiple vehicles and we wanted to park our motorcycle in the basement garage since it was raining but the guard won’t let me since its a “cars only” parking and I never heard that. I don’t understand how we were not allowed to considering that we paid for that space. In general, it is a poorly managed condo. The fixtures and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom were installed using substandard materials. Which led me to some concerns about the integrity of the whole building's masonry and structure. The ramp at the front was installed with slippery tiles which defeats the purpose of accessibility convenience to tenants, unit owners, and customers. It does not have its in-house dedicated maintenance department. [] They sell their free front-building parking to the establishments who set up shop on the front so that those who live there and are concerned with their vehicles will be forced to pay for their very expensive monthly garage. It says "For customer of x establishment only" but no customers park there anyway, it's just the owner of the store and their relatives who park there!!
