I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I believe in the importance of constructive feedback. Unfortunately, I found the service lacking in professionalism during my visit. One staff member was chewing while handling our bill, which felt disrespectful and detracted from the overall dining atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the servers were quite noisy while bussing tables, which disrupted the experience. This will be our first and last dine in experience on this restaurant. I booked a reservation for my Dad's birthday as advertised there is a Korean birthday set meal and Hanbok experience. Unfortunately NONE of this is real. When asked about the Hanbok, the staff said they don't have it. It's a false advertisement and the previous concept is way better watching from all the Tiktok uploads which will entice you to visit and enjoy the food.I will not recommend this place for hotpot and korean bbq at all.
