bad customer service. the lady didn't directly give my order even if I was their only remaining customer. She shouted my order and expected me to go to the payment area - the lady before me received hers on her table (also for take out). yesterday, the guy asked another customer for smaller bill in a rude manner (Stressing on the word ", please" at the end). Slow service. No sense of urgency.
