I will never forget them for serving a spoiled pasta 🤮. I returned it and they saw how gross it was. The worst experience was instead of apologizing for their mistake of serving a spoiled food, they asked me to pay for another pasta which was a bit higher than the one I ordered. It was a take away order, and upon asking for the price difference, I have to walk all the way back (from their store to the other end of SM pampanga) to pay for it, because I didn't have my wallet and it was for 10 or 15pesos, they did really ask me to pay. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and I was left unaware that my sandwich had already been prepared. Unfortunately, it wasn’t served until I had to follow up. By then, the sandwich was cold. On top of that, the cashiers were unfriendly and rude. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I was extremely frustrated with the service. I am referring to this cashier, very rude and unfriendly.
