A Bib Gourmand Gem When I heard The Underbelly at The Alley at Karrivin just got a 2025 Michelin Bib Gourmand, I knew we had to try it. We walked into the cozy ramen bar around 9:15 p.m., already a little hangry, and were told only ramen was available—which was fine. Order: Shell Yeah! 🌟 Their tsukemen is a must-try. The texture of the noodles + richness of the dip paired sooo well together! I’d go back for the udon tbh 🤤 My dad tried the Billy’s Rib and said it was a 10/10 as well. The service was good and fast!
