Staff are helpful and very friendly. You can ask them about commute routes to the cathedral, the public market and other landmarks in the city. They'll even call up shittle services that drive to Laguindingan airport when you have an early morning flight. ♥️ Location of the hotel is very convenient - public transporation, pharmacies and certain stores are within reach. We tried their restaurant. Fruit platters have very generous servings. All fresh! Also loved the chicken skin priced at 145 pesos, so cheap for its size. Yummy Chicken Teriyaki too. It's a good place to set meetings. Quiet and great food. Service is also phenomenal. The staff are accommodating and friendly.

The experience was in their dinner buffet, we did'nt have any reservation, so we wait for the available slot. we arrived at 5 30pm and waited for almost 2 hrs. The shocking experience we had is that no queuing for walk-in customer so we waited patiently and then several customer already arrived. We wait and wait until we are shock to see that the late walk-in customers were able to seat and eat before us who are the first non-reserved customers because they already went in the 2nd floor while , we waited in the ground floor restaurant since that is the instruction of the FRONT DESK "willing …
