Theo’s Paresan is a good takeout place within Moonwalk. Their Batangas Lomi is right on the budget and is perfect for the cold rainy season. I ordered a bowl of their loaded special Batangas Lomi and liked it so I ordered their to share platter for takeout. The place is simple but the way they have designed it is good enough for dine in. I will order their pares and empanadas on my next visit.
